A landowner approached BMCE for support in preparing a 10-lot residential subdivision. Access, topography, wetlands and drainage were all key factors to consider due to the property’s location.

BMCE provided preliminary design services to obtain the necessary approvals for the development. BMCE then completed the topographical survey, detailed road design, detailed drainage design, and grading plan. BMCE prepared the construction drawings and specifications for the project, and provided general project coordination to assist with development agreement negotiations, postal arrangements, and construction administration.
