BMCE was the Structural Engineer of Record for the design and construction of a new commercial restaurant building.

The project consisted of:
• Structural Design of the steel screw pile foundations with associated concrete pile caps, grade beams, and interior concrete slab
• Design of structural steel framing system, including mezzanine with composite concrete and steel deck system
• Structural design of various architectural features and precast concrete connection details
• Generate sealed shop drawings for lightweight steel framing installation.
