BMCE was retained by a local developer to perform Contract Administration services during the construction of a new 36 lot subdivision in Brandon, Manitoba.  Throughout the duration of the project BMCE worked closely with the Developer, Contractor and the City of Brandon Engineering Department to ensure that all construction was in accordance with City Specifications. 

• Completed thorough construction inspections
• Compiled detailed daily log of construction activities
• Provided project coordination with developers, contractors and city officials
• Submitted final construction reports
• Collected as-built information and generated as-built drawings
