BMCE was retained by New Rosedale Colony for the design of a two storey office addition to the existing feedmill building. The addition consisted of main floor reception and waiting area, shipping & receiving, a large board room, file storage, washrooms and mechanical room. The second storey consisted of office and cubicles. 

To successfully execute the project, BMCE provided:

• Preliminary building elevations and façade upgrade proposals
• Structural framing concept
• Detailed design
• Construction drawings
