Complete prime consultant services from start to finish for a municipal public works shop and storage yard.

The RM of Moosomin needed a new public works yard and repair shop to service its fleet of equipment and house materials for maintenance of the municipality.

BMCE worked closely with the municipal council and public works foreman to design the new shop with a Design-Bid-Build project delivery. As prime consultant for the project, BMCE provided complete detailed design services with our team of mechanical, electrical, and geotechnical subconsultants. 

During the tender phase, BMCE worked with the lowest-bid contractor to value engineer solutions to bring the project to an acceptable budget. The shop includes vehicle storage and repair areas, facilities for the public works personnel, and mezzanine storage areas to serve future requirements of the municipal public works team.
