BMCE was the prime consultant and project lead for the renovation of a strip mall located in Brandon. The project consisted of the demolition and removal of approximately 1900 sq.ft of the existing building, and the renovation of the remaining building. Renovations included construction of a new end wall and foundation (in place of the demolished portion), combining two existing commercial units into one unit, and the construction of a new front façade.
