Design and construction of a new 72 lot residential subdivision.

Waverly Developments has completed several existing phases of development as part of the Brookwood Subdivision in the southwestern corner of Brandon. This project was the last and final phase of development to be undertaken to complete the buildout of the originally proposed neighbourhood.

BMCE provided a complete design solution for the drainage, streets, lots, deep utilities such as sewer, water, and land drainage sewer, and shallow utilities such as power and gas. Final design drawings were generated coordinating all of these elements of development and obtaining approvals from the authority having jurisdiction. 

BMCE provided a complete design solution while minimizing the cut and fill earthworks required for development through an iterative design approach. Fills were able to be minimized via strategic lot grading at tie-ins with existing phases of development to ensure that no additional fill was required to be imported in order to complete this stage of development.
